Mentor Training
September 11 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Through Domestic and Sexual Violence Services (DSVS) we have a mentoring program for students in Red Lodge. Adult role models (like yourself) meet with a student once a week for about an hour during the student’s lunch time at school (12:15p.m.- 12:59 p.m.). There’s no pressure to help with homework or give advice or anything of that nature-our mentors are just there to listen to their mentees, get to know them as a person, and model what a healthy relationship looks like.
Here is what one mentor said about the program: “I love mentoring because it’s such a simple way to offer support to a smart, hilarious, and constantly surprising youth. We hang out during lunch, and he shows me all the things he excels at like Magic and speed Rubik’s cube solving. We play games and chat. He’s a great little friend!”
To register for our Mentor Training on Monday, September 11 from 5:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. OR Wednesday, September 13 from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m., please contact Elizabeth Hickson at (406) 446-2296 or
