Free Parenting Classes

Once again, DSVS is partnering with Conscious Discipline and Boys and Girls Club of Carbon County to bring you FREE parenting classes. This program is for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children pre-K through elementary school, including special needs. Using easy-to-apply methods, this program empowers adults to connect with children and resolve conflict. Free childcare and food will be provided for every session. Classes will be held every Thursday night from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. beginning on Thursday, October 5 at 24W 9th Street in Red Lodge, MT. The first four sessions, October 5- October 26, are introductory for parents who are new to Conscious Discipline. The second set of four sessions, November 2- December 7, are for returning parents or those who want to continue from the last session to get a more in depth understanding of the concepts that Moe Kampfe teaches.
